Returns Policy

Yeah, The Beers! is committed to providing high quality products to fellow craft beer lovers around Australia. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and let us know!

While we don’t accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, get in touch with us with a photo, if applicable, via cheers@yeahthebeers.com to discuss a refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged.

  • Beer cans that are missing or have been opened/tampered with.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. The cost of return postage is to be paid for by the sender. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note, aluminium cans often have minor dents in them so we will not issue refunds or credits for slight cosmetic damage.

We reserve the right to substitute out of stock beers from time-to-time that may be different to what is pictured in the product image. Refunds or credits will not be issued for this reason.
